What we do
Design organisation approval and DOM
From the application to the initial audit: the handbook or design organisation manual, the compliance matrix, the independent system monitoring and the certification verification engineer structure.
Production organisation approval
The production organisation exposition, the quality system, the supplier control and the link to the design organisation, for a first approval or an extension of scope.
ETSO authorisations
The ETSO application under Subpart O: the declaration of design and performance, the compliance with the ETSO standard and the minimum performance standard evidence.
Findings and continued surveillance
Root cause analysis and corrective action plans for authority findings, and the continued surveillance preparation.

An engagement starts with a scoping call and a written proposal that names the deliverables, the standards and the people. Work runs in your tools and your document system, with a weekly status and a single point of contact. Findings and authority correspondence are handled with you, never for you.

- How long does a DOA take?
- It depends on the scope and on the maturity of your procedures. The application, handbook and compliance matrix are the first milestone; the authority audit follows once the system runs.
- Can you act as our CVE or head of design?
- We support the people who hold those roles; nominated post holders must be your staff.
- Do you support alternative procedures to DOA?
- Yes, where the product and the authority allow it.
- Do you work with military design organisations?
- Yes, under EMAR 21 and the national military airworthiness authority's requirements.
